In my professional real life, one of my main goals is to develop and build true teams with my employees. The concept is deep in my core from years of competitive sports while I was growing up. I take the role of being a team player pretty seriously...yes, even virtually. I get to blog for a few people, and one event in Second Life. The creators of Second Life are the captains, and as a blogger, my part is to somehow inspire people to want to make a purchase. I am a cog in a machine.
I am a team with my partner too. I could not have pulled off this sim without her. She made it a beautiful place. She knows how to calm my mind, and she had to plenty during this project. It is just amazing to have someone that knows me so well. It allows me to fly off into space with the security of a net. I am so fortunate.
