Could it be that everyone wears a mask to some degree in the virtual world? There have been points where I have worn full body armor. Most of my virtual lifespan has been of the thought process escapism. Some say it is social media, and others claim it is purely a creative outlet. I am not sure why they cannot be all of the above. Chances are that you are not a well known fashionista in real life. You are probably not a drug dealing gang member badass. Most likely, you would not have the ability to live on your knees for eight hours at a time. Virtual life is full of fantasy, and I do not think it is possible to disagree from your season proof lush estate in world.
I want to be me in all worlds. It is a slow reveal. It has to be. Not everyone is going to love the reality of me, and I have had to learn that the hard way. This is where reality invades the virtual. I will never please everyone, but in my reveal, I will learn what is mine.
