In the virtual world, our avatars can fall from the sky and land on our feet unbroken. We can double tap, and our pixels spring into action with flips and twirls. The tricky thing about virtual life is the ability to have mental agility. Situations come our way, and I know for me, I get it stuck in my head how it will play out. We come to the reasonable conclusions based on life experiences. What about when it does not go as planned? Sometimes I think I have become so jaded by human nature, but then a light peeks through. I get pleasantly surprised. Those moments are still rare, but when they happen...I am reminded that it is worth it. People are worth it.
